Job DetailsNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and assessments on patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical research and technology
Qualifications:
- Practice experience as a NP or PA is preferred
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of patients
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
