Job DetailsClient Management:
- Serve as primary client contact, building trust and providing exceptional service
- Conduct client meetings to gather tax information and discuss strategies
- Identify and offer tailored tax solutions and savings opportunities
- Tax Compliance and Preparation
- Prepare and review tax returns for diverse entities (businesses, individuals, trusts)
- Analyze financial data to maximize deductions, credits, and incentives
- Stay current with tax law changes to ensure compliance
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct complex tax research and interpret regulations
- Analyze tax implications of business transactions
- Prepare technical memos and recommendations
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate across practice areas
- Mentor junior staff
- Contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
- 3+ years tax/accounting experience
- Comprehensive tax law knowledge
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
