Responsibilities:

• Help lead daily sales department operations
• Train, motivate, and support automotive sales professionals
• Work closely with customers to help ensure a positive buying experience
• Assist with desking deals and deal structure
• Monitor sales performance and team activity
• Collaborate with Finance and dealership leadership teams
• Help drive dealership profitability and customer retention
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused showroom environment
   

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
• Import dealership experience preferred but not required
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
• Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
• Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
